The BLS for MENA: Provider Course Videos: Digital & Streaming (International English) allow Instructors to stream from a browser with an internet connection, or download video for offline viewing with the AHA eBooks Desktop App (Windows or Mac) or Mobile App (iOS or Android). This product is to be used by BLS Instructors to teach the BLS Provider Course in International English, BLS Renewal Course, and to conduct skills practice and testing sessions for HeartCode® BLS. BLS Instructors can choose one of two tracks, in-hospital or out-of-hospital health care professionals, based on their specific student audience. Instructors can select the version of the course they are teaching from a drop-down menu. The BLS Provider Course Videos: Digital & Streaming is intended for use by a single BLS Instructor conducting BLS for MENA courses. These Provider Course Videos are designed for healthcare providers based in the Middle East who need Basic Life Support training for their clinical duties. This program covers the full BLS curriculum, with adaptations that account for cultural sensitivities, such as: • Only male actors and manikins shown during video scenes where the chest is exposed • Only male person depicted in illustrations where the chest is exposed Note: All International instructors in the discipline are required to have their own BLS Course Video and will use this video to teach the International English (IVE) BLS Provider Course, IVE BLS renewal Course and to conduct skills practice and testing sessions for IVE HeartCode BLS. This product has been updated with new science from the American Heart Association 2025 Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care.
